OF
DICK & TRISH ALBRITTON
Trish and I want to welcome you to our home and shop facility. Thank you for bringing
your Alfa Motor Home to us and also for the confidence you place in us to do the work
you desire to have done.
We know that you have questions about how we will go about getting your work done
and so by way of this document we hope to answer most of them. The following are
questions and answers to most of the questions we think you may have. If this does not
answer all of your concerns, please ask.
HOW LONG WILL THE WORK TAKE?
In most cases we will get all of your work done in one day. If you have a very large
amount to be done, we may take a day and a half to finish. In any case we will finish
your work before we start on the next job.
WHAT ARE THE WORK HOURS?
This will vary depending on the time of year and the weather. Generally we like to get
started as early as 7:00 A.M. and will work straight through until we finish or as late as
6:00 P.M. Winter hours are generally a little shorter due to the shorter days while
summer hours may go a little longer due to daylight savings time and the longer days.
DO WE NEED TO GET A MOTEL ROOM?
No, you will not need a motel room. You will be able to stay in your coach at night. We
have hook ups with 50 amp electrical and water. A dump is available if needed on the
North side of the Bunk House.
DO WE STAY IN THE COACH WHILE THE WORK IS BEING DONE?
In order for us to get your work done as efficiently and effectively as possible, we ask
that you vacate the coach while work is being done.
IS THERE A PLACE WE CAN GO TO WAIT WHILE THE WORK IS BEING DONE?
There is a guest building (the bunk house) with TV and laundry you may relax in while
the work is being done on your coach. We have a Wi-Fi and you are welcome to use it
for your internet needs.
There are several things of interest in the area that you may want to go see. Ruston is
home of Louisiana Tech University and Grambling State University is located in
Grambling just 5 miles west of Ruston. Lincoln Parish Park is our favorite place in the
area to go for outdoor exercise and relaxation. It is located approximately 2.5 miles north
of I-20 on La Hwy 33.
For more information visit the Lincoln Parish website: www.rustonlincoln.com.
IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO HELP?
All of the work we do is a one person job and there is no benefit to having someone try to
help with it. The job goes faster and better if we are left alone to complete our work
without distraction.
If we will be doing the sealing work on your coach the following are a few things you can
do that will help us get the work going.
1. Unlock all of the compartments including the generator and engine hatches.
2. Empty the lower shelf of the roadside pantry.
3. Remove items to allow the dash panel to be raised.
4. Remove items to allow access to rear of engine canopy.
5. Empty front storage compartment. Do this after we move you into the shop.
6. Once the work is done, repack all of the areas and lock the compartments.
WORK TO BE DONE:
A document (Alfa Motor Home Repairs-Mods-Kits) is attached that lists items that we
generally offer. Please look over this list and check the items that you would like to have
done. All of these items have been done on our coach if you would like to see them. We
will need this list before starting the work on your coach.
THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING. WE WILL DO
EVERYTHING WE CAN TO GET YOUR WORK DONE WITH THE LEAST
AMOUNT OF INCONVIENCE.
